SC Energy Office Energy Audits PROGRAM OVERVIEW

To locate it on the web, go to www..energy.sc.gov . On the left side, choose “Stimulus Information,” then “Energy Technical Assistance Program” and click on the two links for the Program Overview and Preliminary Application. Also on the left side, choose “Funding Opportunites,” then “Conserfund” for a program that provides loans (currently at 3%) for energy projects in nonprofits
